Jacqueline Clary, Esq.

John W. Jones Fellow

 Jacqueline Clary is the John W. Jones Fellow at the Minority Media and Telecommunications Council.  She specializes in civil rights issues in the media, telecommunications, and broadband industries.  Ms. Clary has experience researching and advocating for universal, first-class digital citizenship in the broadband era and increased opportunities for small, minority, and women-owned businesses.  Ms. Clary has served as a Rapporteur for the Media Issues Subcommittee and the WiFi Task Force of the FCC’s Advisory Committee on Diversity.  She also serves as the Secretary of the Board for the Alliance for Women in Media’s National Capital Area Chapter. Ms. Clary earned her B.A. from John Carroll University, her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, and is a member of the New York State Bar.
