Kenneth Mallory, Esq.

Kenneth Mallory actively participates in MMTC’s media and telecommunications policy advocacy activities, specializing in broadcast media policy and transactions, media ownership and entrepreneurship, and online privacy and security issues at MMTC.  This includes policy research and drafting pleadings that the organization files in FCC rulemaking proceedings.

Kenneth is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications.  Before joining MMTC, he worked as a corporate litigator for an AMLAW200 firm, specializing in product liability and commercial disputes.

Kenneth started his career in the communications industry as a print journalist.  Serving as a general assignment reporter for the Washington D.C. Afro-American newspaper and a freelance writer, Kenneth has been honored by the Washington, Delaware, D.C. Press Association and was awarded a Knight Foundation, New America Media, and American Society of Newspaper Editors’ reporting fellowship.

Kenneth earned a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
