Research Associate
Tiffany Bain currently serves as MMTC’s research associate, where she supports staff counsel with research regarding an array of media and telecom issues that affect minority and low-income populations. Tiffany also assists MMTC’s incubator publication, Politic365, in various capacities. She started in the media and telecom industries in 2007 as a multiyear Emma L. Bowen Foundation intern at the nation’s leading cable provider. During the 2011 Florida Legislative Session, she worked as a government relations intern for a prominent Florida-based law firm’s lobbying team. Tiffany graduated summa cum laude from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations in 2011. She is also a part-time graduate student studying political communications at American University.
