Latoya Livingston, Esq.

Earle K. Moore Fellow

Latoya Livingston, Esq., is an attorney with years of legal experience working in the private and public sector.  Currently, Ms. Livingston serves as a Senior Attorney and the Earle K. Moore Fellow at MMTC, and also as a legal journalist for BroadbandandSocialJustice.org.  Her work focuses on filing legal briefs with the Federal Communications Commission and the federal courts, meeting with politicians, government personnel, and industry executives, and speaking at conferences and meetings to educate others about the communications needs of minorities, women, and low-income people in the United States.  Aside from performing traditional legal work, Ms. Livingston also serves as the spectrum policy expert for MMTC.

Attorney Livingston is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Villanova University School of Law.
